I parked at the Nemetz gazebo and and skied from the yellow gate to the beaver pond and the entire loop over to the substation road and back to the gazebo. Broke trail all the way in wet, foot deep snow. Saw a lot of deer. The broken trail will be good for classic skiing, especially if it gets skied on today and tomorrow. Thanks to whoever skied in part way to the substation (Suzanne?); it was nice to ski in your tracks the last part of the loop. BTW, the roads are treacherous - slushy, which creates a great hydroplane effect. Somebody almost nailed me as they spun out of control on the last hill into town.
